Our Staff

Our counsellors are professionally qualified and skilled and experienced in the field of alcohol and drug misuse.

They act as a team to increase the knowledge and understanding of each client, encouraging and motivating them to work towards their agreed objectives.

We use the Hawkins & Sohet model of management supervision which involves all members of staff.

As the programme has a very wide range of interventions, our staff are encouraged to continually upgrade their skills to keep up-to-date with best practice.

Complementing the counselling team are support workers, kitchen and clerical staff, a number of which are studying for professional qualifications.
