Aftercare

One to one counselling sessions
An aftercare package is available, consisting of eight one-to-one sessions plus two sessions free of charge after the initial eight sessions. The total cost for the ten sessions is £320.

We have also established a "moving on group" for clients who have completed the programme who are invited to return to Sefton Park to attend the weekly group for six sessions.

Annual Reunion
Each year we celebrate the Weston-super-Mare Carnival by holding an Open Day at Sefton Park . Clients who have successfully completed the programme and are rebuilding their life act as valuable role models for our clients by sharing their experience of the programme and their life after Sefton Park .

Clients Reunited
We are willing to act as a point of contact for clients who have completed the programme and wish to regain contact with another client.

If we are able to locate the person you are seeking, we will contact them to ascertain whether they wish to be contacted.

If they do, we will then try to get you back in contact with each other.

No information will be given out without the consent of the individual.

Confidentiality is maintained at all times.
